For purposes related to Marketing communications, your personal data will only be retained for the period considered appropriate and if you do not acquire any service or product from GuardSat, or until the end of the last contractual warranty, if you have purchased a service or products and provided within that period, has not withdrawn its consent. On the basis of the principle of minimization and the need for data, we will retain your personal data only for the minimum period strictly necessary to fulfill the above mentioned objectives, and undertake to erase it as soon as it is found that such data is no longer required. Once the maximum storage period has been reached, your personal data will be destroyed in a secure way.

GuardSat will contact you to provide you with the goods and / or services that we sell. The processing of such data is based on the consent given by the data subject. Access to personal data is strictly limited to the staff of data controllers and subcontractors.

GuardSat warrants that it does not intend to transfer data to third countries to the General
Data Protection Regulation and if it does so, it will ask for consent.
In certain situations, GuardSat may be notified to disclose personal information in response to requests by supervisory authorities to fulfill the requirements of the GDPR.
We will process personal data securely by applying and maintaining technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, sharing or unauthorized access, where processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against any other unlawful means processing.
Access and rectification or deletion of personal data
As the holder of the data, users have the right to request access to the data concerning them, to ask
to rectify them and to delete them. It may also limit the processing of data as well as oppose it and
still require data portability.
You may also request clarification from the Data Protection Officer or submit a complaint to the CNPD whenever you understand that your rights are being violated.
Data controllers are allowed, after explicit consent, to send marketing emails to site users. At any time the user may cancel the consent through the link, existing for that purpose, in each email sent.
